Each week we gather together in worship, actively engaging our minds, hearts, and voices for the purpose of acknowledging the truths of God, celebrating the love of God, and proclaiming the glory of God. Our congregational worship services are marked by the blending of great hymns of faith and new expressions of worship and praise. There are many opportunities for you to be involved in our worship ministries beside attending.

The choir exists to bring glory to God and to enrich the congregational worship through the avenue of choral music. The choir sings regularly in our morning worship services as well as performing in seasonal concerts and special events. The music crosses a wide range of styles, including traditional anthems, contemporary praise songs, gospel and spiritual songs. The praise team exists to bring glory to God by leading the congregation in the singing of hymns, songs, and spiritual songs in our worship services. A higher level of commitment and preparation is necessary to be a part of the praise team. The praise team rehearses weekly and leads worship each Sunday.

As part of our music ministry, we feature instrumentalists who want to use their talents as a gift to the Lord. Instrumentalists are used as soloists or as part of an ensemble.

We use drama at Cornerstone to teach Biblical truths in new ways. Whether through skits, monologues, reader's theater, drama brings unique freshness to our understanding of the truths of God's Word. We are always looking for individuals, both young and old, who have a flair for the dramatic and who love to share God's truth through the ministry of drama.

Many don't realize all of the behind-the-scenes support that goes into each weekly worship service. Sound technicians are essential for running the sound system and radio ministry. Computer techs help run our multimedia presentations. Theatrical lighting is used to enhance the worship services. Those with technical know-how can regularly use their gifts for the Lord.
