Dr. Chris Jarrett, Assistant Pastor

Chris joined the staff in January of 2009. He has been a youth pastor, associate pastor and senior pastor. He has degrees from Hillsdale College, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Asbury Seminary. Chris and his wife Jennifer have been married for over 20 years and have two children, Beau and Danae. Chris' passions include preaching, leading worship, and outreach. When he's not at church, Chris enjoys going to the beach with his family, movies, and a good sci-fi novel. He is also an avid runner because, as he says, he is also an avid eater.

Sara Hutchinson, Director of Children's Ministries

Sara is the newest staff member at Cornerstone, joining the team in July of 2009. She attended West Shore Community College for two years, and later transferred to Indiana Wesleyan University where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. Before becoming the Director of Children's Ministries, Sara taught first and second grade at Covenant Christian School (Ludington) for six years. She is passionate about working with children and loves spending time with them, especially with her nephew Noah. Sara also enjoys being active outdoors, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.

Dawna Harper, Secretary/Office Manager

Dawna has been the secretary/office manager at Cornerstone since 1999. She and her husband Roy have four children, three girls and a boy. Dawna is multi-talented and enjoys sewing, scrap-booking, and camping with her family. When she gets a few minutes to herself Dawna loves reading a good Christian novel. At the church, Dawna pretty much makes sure everything happens when and how it should, and struggles to keep the pastors in line.
